18 Jul Mastering The Fundamentals Of Shooting
The fundamentals of marksmanship that everyone with a gun in their hands needs to know to shoot well.
- Stance or body position
- Sight Alignment
- Sight Picture
- Trigger Control
Shooting is like an art. If you want to be a good artist, you need to go to school. You may want to seek out a good firearms training course or start out with a private lesson with a qualified firearms instructor. This will help you understand what the instructors are talking about when they try to make corrections or give you advice on the line.
If you have specific shooting questions on any of these skills, we’d love to hear from you and help you out. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to get you hitting the X every time you squeeze the trigger.
Are you ready to get started?
“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” – Aristotle
